The Bible is against any and all kinds of gossip, slander, bearing false witness. While it is true to point out that many priests are pedophiles, to specifically suggest that Samseau is seeking to become a priest in order to become a pedophile is definitely gossip. On that basis alone, I would take this on the chin, heartfully apologize for speaking in passion, and leave it to the mercy of the forum, and to the mercy of God more importantly. If you do these things, whoever doesn't forgive you will be in the wrong. Focus on the issues brother, not the people, and you'll be okay.
 
In the spirit of my post above. @Get2choppaaa. I would like to apologize to you if me saying you were pro-abortion demeaned your character in other people's eyes. After discussing this with @Thomas More, I realized I could have been more tactful by calling you an accommodationist. Understand that I only grant two categories on the abortion issue, ardently against, or for, whether by actively being for it or passively not being against. Nevertheless, I apologize if I needlessly offended you, and I suspect that I did. I am glad to hear that you're doing well and that you are stewarding your family. Go with God.

I'm sure over a beer we'd realize we are fundamentally aligned on the same points but the internet has a funny way of making communication less charitable than we would be in person. Often I find myself so wrapped up in the minutia of proving I am right that I talk past my brother. I suspect we both are guilty of that...

How do you feel about people trashtalking banned users? To me it appears the mods don’t see that as being as bad.

Also on another note, do you believe adultery is a graver sin than fornication?

He isn’t calling for war, this is just a guess from you based on thinking you can “read” people. The fact you weren’t claiming it earlier is proof this is just a guess, stop making accusations.

Also you have no clue who I am, the rules of the forum says we should give people the benefit of the doubt (but big surprise, rules are flexible based on “vibes”).

Last, in a war, guns and other weapons are used, not raw strength.

Firstly, people who have put in decades of work into building a community and keeping it running smoothly deserve more much respect than newbies, those who have contributed much less, or those haven't earned the full esteem of the forum community yet.

Secondly, you were making personal insults (and highly dangerous ones at that).

Thirdly and most importantly...you are doubling down in your arrogant stubbornness, rather than humbly apologizing for your serious mistake. This is why no one will take you seriously anymore.

Earlier in this thread I accepted the moderation. I know what I did was inappropriate and it won’t happen again. If you read the thread you would know that.

As much as I disagree with a lot of things that Samseau says and does it’s a really nasty thing to to imply especially when there is zero evidence that he is that type of person (I can’t find a single comment he has made that would make anybody think such a thing) unless you are simply taking the position that the majority of priests are just doing it to prey on children.

You are one on of the posters I like and get along with well but please try not insult others especially when it’s completely unprovoked.

You’re right I can read people and I’m reading you as a coward and a keyboard jockey who is immature and doesn’t know how to read. Your knowledge of the world is equivalent to a teenager when you post ridiculous things like ‘it’s woman’s suffrage man!’ Yeah so what’s the practical solution? Is it going to be repealed? Nope. Then you post something where the guy is advocating for war because you and others continuously say we can’t vote ourselves out of this, but are too cowardly to come out and say yes that you are advocating for a violent solution because you don’t want to be banned. @GodfatherPartTwo i would like some thoughts here.

Because the past month December for example my behavior on the forum was well, bad, so I understand some distrust of the posts I make.

However in your case people seem to trust your views. And one of these views is “voting doesn’t matter”, and that Trump isn’t some hero. While I do believe Trump is better than Kamala I still think he’s bad overall.

But the main point is how should “voting doesn’t matter people respond to these accusations of stochastic terrorism?
