Does any other country have a concept of non-crime hate incidents? Maybe China has something like that.. It sounds like misdemeanor or what they call Delikt in Germany. Something like a parking fine for overstaying the meter, except I don't think there is a fine for this, just a piece of paper and you go on a list.

For example in Germany you'd be shamed for losing your job at age 28 and having to go back home to live with your parents. Your girlfriend would leave you too. Thus, it's easier to just obey since it allows guys to keep the lifestyle they want. It's a sad state of affairs.

Germany incidentally has one of the lowest rates of home ownership in the world. Often, children will inherit a home from parents but have to sell it because they can’t afford the property taxes. All those big beautiful “gingerbread” houses you see in postcards? Yeah, most of them are subdivided into 3-6 apartments with different families. Half of them…let’s just say…are “new Germans”. Same issue across much of the EU.
