Is Conor McGregor running for President of Ireland? 👀 That would explain his recent meetings with Trump and Trump Administration's officials. 🤔 Ireland's presidential election is on November 11, 2025.

Ireland must fully implement the EU Migration Pact by June 12, 2026.

So between now and 12 June 2026, several pieces of legislation have to be passed by both Houses of the Oireachtas & then signed by the President.

The next presidential election must take place by 11 Nov 2025

Who else will stand up to Government and oppose this bill?

Any other Presidential candidate they attempt to put forward will be of no resistance to them.

I will!

For clarity also, as President, I would put forth this bill to referendum.

Although I oppose greatly this pact, it is neither mine nor governments choice to make.

It is the people of Irelands choice! Always!

That is a true democracy!

I would also be curious to hear our government officials reasoning for agreeing with this pact so fervently.

I would love to hear the debates!

Followed then by vote!

This is the future of Ireland with me as President.

All citizens of Ireland to have a voice and a choice on their future!

God bless our people!

Vote McGregor and have your voice heard!

Let's see if he actually follows through with it. He could certainly win as he is a mega celebrity in Ireland and pretty much all over the world.

He has spoken out against the ethnic replacement in Ireland, which is great, but he also has a big problem with booze, cocaine, and whores. He also likes to say he's going to do things for attention, and then never follows up.

I imagine he cares about his country, and is in a position to become a leader, but would need to get his demons under control first.

Yea great analysis. I feel as though he'd be great regarding some of the major issues and would also be respected by likes of Trump and Putin, but I wonder if his temper would get in the way of him making some simple day to day decisions. His career earnings were around $500 million so I don't see him being that easy to bribe either.

Anyway, it's refreshing to see more masculine figures get involved in politics. And I believe that McGregor truly cares about his country. He could have a huge impact on the British isles, though I feel as though the UK essentially doesn't have any competent masculine figures.
We'll see how the EU tries to block him.

FWIW, he's heavily pro-Israel, that's the main reason he is being plugged by Trump, he made his fortune in the ((UFC)) run by Israeli Ariel Zev Emanuel, brother of dual citizen and Obama administration head of staff Rahm Emanuel, so McGregor is all set with the Democrats as well. He is positioning himself as a rebel, which is good politics.

At least he's good on immigration, which is a big problem in Ireland. Contrary to other countries in Europe, Ireland has geography on its side, it is much easier to deny entry to that isle than to do the same in Italy, Spain Greece etc so they should be able to stem the mass immigration tide provided they have a committed leadership.

I think it's just another vanity project for him. If you guys are MMA fans, you'll know that McGregor always had a reputation for never wanting to build on what he has already accomplished and instead was always looking for the next shiny thing to focus his attention on. He won the 145 lb belt in a quick KO over a guy who was a very dominant champion (Jose Aldo) but then never defended his belt. He instead moved up to challenge for the 155 lb belt because he wanted to be a dual champion. He won that belt but then avoided defending it for over 2 years. Instead during this time he was boxing Floyd Mayweather, having two pointless fights against Nate Diaz, starting a whiskey brand (Proper 12) as well as other personal life craziness. He eventually was stripped of his 145 lb belt and lost his 155 lb belt to Khabib.

After all of that he lost two fights to Dustin Porier -someone he had beat easily in the past. He was totally unfocused on his fight career and instead was starting a restaurant/pub business as well as getting more and more crazy in his personal life. He kept teasing a fight with Michael Chandler but that never happened either. The whole point of me bringing all of this up is just to say I don't think he's going to put any sort of serious work into his newfound interest in politics. The sort of mentality where he thinks he can do anything if he just wills it into existence helped him a lot when he was rising to the top of the UFC but at it's also made him delusional. He's also a huge attention whore and I wouldn't be surprised if this was just another way to keep his name in the public especially when a lot of the recent news of him has mostly been around rape accusations made against him.
