Wasn't even useful. An 18-20" radial tire ~$250 retail with install versus at the very least hundreds of dollars of court costs, fees, criminal charges, and a record that follows you around for life.

Not even retarded as his behavior is an insult to retarded people.

I love the reflex to announce one's US citizenship upon arrest. Do they think that US citizens have the right to commit crimes without consequence or do they merely intend to convey, "Whatever you do, don't deport me!"
