Well, you would like to think so. Then again , I saw what Canadian police did to their own people during the "pandemic", so you never know.

Well, I do like to think that Your average Canuck grunt would refuse to mow down his neighbors with a machine gun. Why else would the government feel the need to import foreign soldiers. It's not like there's a shortage of potential recruits. And I can only think of one reason why would anyone want to have military personal without any ties to the local population.
From what I have seen, our "average Canadian grunt" new recruit is probably around 50% foreign-born or at least 1st generation.

Actually, No. I have served in both the Canadian Army and the Royal Canadian Navy...8 years in each. I was a combat engineer in the Army...what we call the 4 "Combat Arms" trades/MOSes (Infantry, Armour, Artillery, and Combat Engineers). If you want to use the term "grunt" I would take that to mean the Combat Arms. Go to the 3 major Army bases in Canada: Edmonton AB, Petawawa ON, and Valcartier QC. You will see VERY FEW non-Whites in Combat Arms. Perhaps moreso in urban Reserve units, where unit demographics are more reflective of local racial demographics. But in general, non-Whites who join the CAF tend to gravitate towards support trades, so they can LARP as serving their country, while receiving what the American Latinos and Negroes would term their "Gibsmedats"
I'll put it to you this way...during Canada's combat mission in Afghanistan in the Global War on Terror from 2001-2014, all but ONE combat deaths were MALE and EVERY SINGLE ONE were White. Let that sink in, my fellow Canucks.
