OK, so this was in the Peel Regional Municipality near Toronto, most of the suspects are ragheads, the regional seat, Brampton, is around 52% raghead...even worse than Surrey BC, which is around 38% raghead. There are scores of Canadian YT videos about Brampton's raghead problem.
