Iran-Israeli Conflict Thread

Two refineries in the UAE have reportedly suspended operations following attacks. The Old and New Ruwais Refineries.

Bloomberg: US and Israeli endgames are diverging.

Netanyahu says they are nowhere near done, and still wants to create the conditions for regime change. (Presumably, that means bombing the crap out of everything). Whereas Trump is saying nearly all targets have been hit, all goals 'virtually achieved', and operations could finish soon.

US is dismantling its THAAD and Patriot Systems from South Korea to send it to the Middle East.

▪️ In 2017, South Korea sacrificed its diplomatic and economic relations with China to host US THAAD.

▪️ Chinese tourism to South Korea, worth billions of dollars, was abruptly stopped due to diplomatic standoff.

▪️K-Pop was banned in China.

▪️ Hyundai and Kia had to close their factories in China, ultimately losing their market shares in China.

▪️ South Korea lost billions of dollars of exports to China in order to host US THAAD and Patriot Systems.

📍Now, US has dismantled its THAAD and Patriot Missile Systems in South Korea and is sending to Middle East.

UAE Ministry of Defence: We are currently battling a wave of drones and missiles launched from Iran.

The Axios article linked to there is saying theres two more weeks of strikes planned.

If this is true and that happens then it wasnt really a war just a military operation targeting specific people and buildings and equipment, hopefully this is whats gonna happen

Trump is ad-libbing again.

Iranian missiles are sailing past interceptors and striking at the US Navy base in Fujairah, UAE. Whatever they are launching, maybe be PAC-2, instead of PAC-3, they are useless against these missiles.

Trump says the US has won the war, and that he picked the name 'Epic Fury'.

Still waiting on that $200 oil this homie is predicting. Will make the folks in oil and gas a lot of money.

I still think people are overestimating the effect of Iran and underestimating the sustainability of the US military apparatus.

These weapons being depleted will soon be replaced. Id be buying Ratheyon/Boeing/L3Harris.

Contacts will be signed, backlogs will be updated, and the Debt will be increased.

Again. I didn't vote for this war and don't think we benefit from it... But I'm not over here saying the sky is falling and the US military is cooked.

Iran ultimately has been a destabilization force for the US agenda in the last 40 years... I don't mean the America First agenda, which I support, but the US wold police agenda, which really started with Bush and then Clinton. Arguably before that as well.

Another tower hit in Dubai

Polling in Italy shows nearly 70% support for following Spain's example and throwing out the US military.

Sounds like that time we agreed to pull out of Rammstein in Germany and they begged us to stay so we didn't destroy their local economy. (A cool 1.4 billion euros annually to the local shops will even make the Germans reconsider )

Sounds good on paper until that money doesn't come.
