Drumpft is retardposting again, this time related to the new wave of protests that have hit Iran. Deadly and widespread protests take place nearly every year in Iran, per usual catalyzed by the dire economic situation and rooted in discontent over corruption & Iran's failed foreign+ repressive domestic policies. Especially the younger, urban and more educated segments of society want either heavy reforms or even the end of the Islamic Republic.
Under the April 2025 introduced H. R. 2614 Maximum Support Act the US would have the domestic judicial reach to put additional pressure on the turbans, hence Trump's 'locked and loaded'. This Bill hasn't passed Congress yet but will be akin to the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) framework that was adopted by the United Nations in 2005.
