Being a righteous person towards your family and closest friends, walking with Christ. Seems little, too simple, sort of pointless in the big scheme, and like it does nothing, but who knows what God is doing. The world was restarted at one point by one man, taking care of his family, just doing his own thing.
The earth is overpopulated and it is putting a stain on resources and innocent animals. 2,000 years ago, before modern medicine, high reproduction numbers were needed to prevent the human population from collapsing. Today we have the opposite problem and we don’t need more unproductive and often criminally minded people eating up limited resources.
The Earth is not overpopulated.
It can hold as many people as God wants it to hold.
The reason technological progress has halted, is not some coincidence. It is because the institutions, the Academia, have all been seized by godless "rationalists" who worship nature and despise Christianity.
Just as our governments are controlled by Satan worshippers who despise Christ.
Such people are not capable of creating anything, and what is produced by the Christians left in institutions is sabotaged or wasted.
Even with society collapsing, birth rates plummeting, our leaders sabotaging their own countries, millions of migrants being imported, businesses being forced to discriminate against their own countrymen and normal men.
Even with decades of propaganda, tyranny, and literal hordes of illegal immigrants and criminals being released onto the streets. Europe is still functioning. For the vast majority of people who don't personally have family that have been killed or arrested. Life is still survivable.
Civilisation is still running. People still have food and water.
Even with the UK government trying to wipe out it's own people, in 2024 less than 2000 homeless people died in a nation of 69 million.
We literally have governments and corporations buying up massive tracts of farmland, and it's not even made food significantly more expensive than the bad economy already has.
I agree that for ideal standards of living, we'd want to get rid of all cities and urban areas that aren't heritage sites, as rural life is the best for health and Godliness. However, I still think we need way more people. The stars won't conquer themselves.
Do you think the people who are pushing chemical based cheap filler food, and flooding the west with third world people, and sending aid to Africa, so they are having a birthrate 7 to 10 times higher than in the high IQ first world nations, worship the same God that you do?

Yes, of course. Having 8 billion high IQ/productive/God fearing/kind humans is a fine thing.
Having 8 billion, where 7.5 billion are violent savages, is going to be very harmful to every single thing on the planet. God never intended to have low IQ people wiping out his creations for short term survival.

The problem at the moment is who writes the "laws". Only a nation who respects Christ as law would be the future, heck even a one world government under Christ would work instead of the satanic new order they're dreaming of.
I'm of the opinion that we want technology to halt, at least as it's been progressing for the past few hundred years. The goal of technology has mostly been materialistic. I don't ascribe to tech being fully neutral but rather having the intent of it's original creation embedded in it. Most of that original intent is not Godly. We can use most recent tech for good, sure, but we are always subverting its intended use in order to do good.
I think the direction of tech progress is the same as societal collapse, birth rates plummeting, etc. Technology is designed to break up the family, allow a person to be isolated, alone. But super comfortable in that aloneness.
We haven't done technology right for a very long time. I think having a classical mindset helps.
