How to Change Religious Status on Profile?

In September 2024 I was confirmed into the Lutheran(LCMS) church, but for the life of me I can not figure out how to change the Religion tag in my profile from Other Christian, to Protestant. While this isn't really a big deal for me in particular, it does prevent me from interacting in the Protestant subforum. Can anyone give me some assistance? Am I missing something obvious here, or do I need to DM a mod?

I wanted to make a post in the Christianity general forum to seek advice for finding a church, but I have not set a religion, and I am not associated with any particular religion, more fringe/areligious. I also don't even know where to find mods. Can someone please assist or just give me temporary posting rights in that board?
