How are the leftist babies allowed to light a flare inside? That's a serious fire hazard at bare minimum to say nothing of smoke inhalation.
It probably varies from country to country, but congresscritters (MPs in this case) are generally exempt from security checks when entering their parliament.

That's a disaster waiting to happen unless it only applies for native, married Hungarian females.
There aren't that many immigrants in Hungary, and notice, these aren't handouts, they are income tax exemptions, so you have to be a productive member of society to benefit from it.
The main problem with it though is that it might actually encourage single motherhood. I would instead change that law to exempt half of a married couple's combined income rather than the entire income of the mother. This would also encourage women to get married, stay married, have kids and stay at home while their kids grow up.
On the bright side, this won't incentivize the gypsies to have more kids because they don't pay taxes in any case.
