I was talking to an acquaintance who is regional distributor for a bicycle brand. He said (not in so many words) that he doesn't care for a lot of his customers. He said they were the type to get stuffed in lockers in high school, didn't play sports but got diplomas and became lawyers, accountants etc. Now they are older with money and leisure time, cycling is the only sport they can engage in that is relatively easy on their joints.

Both of those are really funny, although that first one is probably a little NSFW.
That slot and coin, and then the gumball comes out. It's a direct reference to having sex, probably not suitable for explaining the joke to young children. If your church had one of those Halloween parties as an alternative to going out trick or treating, you probably wouldn't wear this costume for the party.
Among other adults, I think it's pretty funny.
The way I saw it, the mother is also heavily pregnant again, the gumball machine globe decoration over her baby bump.
And the gumballs represent her constantly depleting eggs.
Well to be fair, if she's married and popping out kids, she's making use of her eggs while she has them. The gumball thing clearly follows from the fact that the coin goes in the slot, and that makes the gumballs (kids) come out.
