This guy was obviously already in amazing shape, but quite a feat nonetheless.
That is one of the most remarkable videos I’ve ever seen!
He's an incredible athlete and his channel features several videos with other incredible athletes (like Eddie Hall and other strongmen and even free climbers (which he has also done) with some proper insight in their training diet and routine) worth a sub IMO.
