In doubles, you're supposed to aim for the player at the net. This is a normal double volley, if the guy was playing against a men's double team he would have likely hit harder, he was holding back. Also she is a fat target, hard to miss her, haha.

It really doesn't look like a hard shot. Also, her reflex is to flinch and freeze, which pretty much guarantees she'll get hit by the ball. She is way out of her depth.
