I think a system such as that can be easily exploited. I'm not a libertarian, but I'm not a socialist either. I don't think the idea of tax payers having to pay for other people's children is very American? Besides, white modern women not having babies has little to do with economic incentives imo...It's not working in Hungary either, but at least it's not exploited by (legal) invaders!
 
I just looked up those Hungarian tax breaks. Seems they recently changed it from 4+ children to 2+. I also can't find any evidence of their birth rates doing better, it seems they keep falling. I am reminded how governments wait to the last minute to do anything useful for the masses, like student loan forgiveness in the US. Even if loan forgiveness happened tonight, the economic and demographic damage to millennials is already done. If the US were now to be serious about offering incentives for the population to reproduce, they'll have to do a lot better than (what, 5k?) what they cooked up. I doubt 5k even covers what people have lost in yearly income from inflation. At this point I think they'd have to give a full 5k/month in UBI for 25 years to incentivize people to marry and have children.

Hungary has career lobbyists and conservative influencers on their payroll (if Israel can do it, countries like Hungary, Azerbaijan, and El Salvador are only going to follow suit), so I take much of the touting of Orbán with a grain of salt.
The Danube Institute, one of the main international ideological workshops of the Orbán government, has paid more than 1.64 million USD to its foreign collaborators over the past three years. This isn't to say that there aren't positives to Hungary, but at the end of the day it's just as ZOG as any other country (actually Orbán is probably among the most obsequious); it's just insignificant enough that it has a fairly homogenous population (well, all those videos are careful to not show you their Gypsy population that numbers in the hundreds of thousands).
