Earlier in this thread I speculated about Big Techs pivot. In the winter of 2016 all across board rooms in Silicon Valley they were like “WE NEED TO MAKE SURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN” and now they are advertising Trumps inauguration. They also got front row seats. This is a sign of trump being paid for. HOWEVER, anyone see his rush of executive orders? He pardoned Jan 6ers. This is not the act of someone bought and paid for.

Here’s what I think. Two things happened. Israel and DEI / Go woke go broke.

Let’s talk Go woke go broke and DEI. It’s not so much the Soyim in Silicon Valley suddenly became red meat eating, whisky drinking, gun toting Americans. It’s about money. A work force crawling with leftists is hurting them and the kiddies are going to other socials. I mean think about it, TikToks Chinese. Can Google or Meta compete? Their worried about the bottom lines and the softening work culture that comes with progressivism. In 2016 you could give restaurant meals, an open bar, and a ball pit and you’d get 60h/week from your progressive rainbow staff. Now they all want work from home and are pretending to work. If this isn’t the case can someone explain to me the existence of a mouse jiggler? Perhaps progressivism is starting to be seen as failed experiment. If anyone dares pull “it was a phase tee hee” in front of me - all respect gone.

My second point is Israel. Israel is like the boss’ weak point in a video game. Hitting Israel is how you defeat the Cathedral because amongst the Cathedral, Israel is divisive. Those guys are heavily Jewish and divided into two camps: Zionists who are nationalists but only for themselves and internationalist descendants of the Bolsheviks. What happened during the 80s and 90s was the emerging oligarchs of America made peace with the Bolshevik left and Israel being a developed country could not be messed with. They all made peace and formed the modern progressive movement who assumed complete power in the economic collapse of ‘08. The banker progressives had to compete with the heavy industry oil types who supported the likes of W. HOWEVER, the rest of the world has caught up. It’s not the 80s and 90s anymore. China Russia and Iran are rather developed now and if all 3 ganged up on Israel, there’d be issues. The internationalists want the Great Reset, WEF globalization etc so aren’t big on Israel. The Zionists are for obvious reasons and many in Congress and the institutions have dual citizenship. I believe they see letting Trump cook as a cost to see Israel continue. This factoid could be useful in the future.

In short, 2016 and 2020 saw the W Bush and Dick Cheneys migrating over to the Progressives because of aligned interests. However the last 4 years of progressive rule has been such a disaster perhaps they’ll let Trump do his thing.

Good analysis. On a similar vein, I see the other tech companies starting to bend the knee to Trump because 1)Elon has benefitted greatly by aligning himself with Trump, and 2)They see which way the wind is blowing and they realize they'd better get off the losing side.

Elon has not just bended the knee to Trump, he has successfully coopted Trump to serve his own needs, which are to block restrictive regulation on SpaceX, on Tesla, and on Twitter. More than blocking restrictive regulations, Trump has cleared the way for Musk's agenda. He will now have the cooperation of the US government, NASA and the DoD with SpaceX and StarLink. He has the green flag to go to the moon and to Mars at this point. He will now try to make Twitter into the everything app, which will steal MicroSoft, Amazon, and Facebook's lunches. More than this, Musk sees the looming bankruptcy of the US government as an existential threat to his enterprises. He feels he needs to do this DOGE effort ala Melei and save America so he can save his own projects. Aligning with Trump has made all these things possible for Musk.

FaceBook, Amazon, MicroSoft, Apple, Google, etc. have been anti-Trump to the point of breaking the law in many ways. They know that they're about to get the hammer if they don't do a full turn around. Not only will Trump bring the hammer against them, they know the American people will cheer when he does. They have lost big, and they need to change their spots with a quickness.

I think Trump should still nail them to the wall. They are traitors, and they can never be trusted at this point.
