It concerns me that the shooter hasn't been caught, I'm not the conspiracy guy around here at all but I don't like them having more time to tailor the narrative. I wasn't his biggest fan as he supported Israel but I hope he becomes a martyr in a beneficial way at least.

You are right that this seems to have taken attention away from her murder momentarily. However, I see these events stacking, and I think her murder is still the bigger game changer.
Kirk was a controversial public figure, and they sometimes get shot. She was an innocent young women, killed in absolute cold blood by someone who had been arrested and released 14 times by the Democrat legal system. Also, the other blacks on the train all sat there and watched her die as cold as ice.
Her death was the eye opener, and Charlie's death was just further confirmation. I consider the shootings in Evergreen to be more of the same, although that's probably because it is very close to me.
People are waking up to the fact that the left is the party of murder, and now that the left realizes this isn't going well for them, they want to lash out with more violence.
Israel and 'the left' are one and the same.

I can imagine a scenario in which jews kill Kirk to blame the pro-Palestinian groups, and have the US government go after them. Not that I particularly believe in it (at least not at moment), but I can imagine it happening that way.
The sniper on the roof was covered in black from head to toe. We are just going to have to take the FBI at it's word that whoever they caught is the shooter.
