Yes. Not gonna end in a good result for the fools.Waiting for a crash is a short position on bitcoin. Good luck with that.
It probably costs too much political capital to pardon them now. Let’s see what happens in the courts. In nations that don’t adopt bitcoin, this is the future of justice - kangaroo courts against the plebs and lawfare against the opposition. Trump got a taste of that himself. Is Roger Ver, Ian Freeman, Roman Sterlingov, The Samurai Wallet developers, and a couple of other folks ever going to get pardoned? Considering Trump rescinded all of Biden anti-crypto policies and the Tornado Cash ruling, it's baffling they all are still locked up or going thru trial...
Bingo. And liquidity is coming online in May-July. It's going to be quite fun around here, and very soon.Game theory here we go.
I doubt it would cost Trump much to pardon them all, although I heard that Trump dislikes Roger Ver for renouncing his US citizenship and that his case might be a landmark on the constitutionality of the exit-tax when renouncing your citizenship (which it is unconstitutional). Since Tornado Cash's charges were dropped a few months back, everyone else is appealing their case.It probably costs too much political capital to pardon them now. My feeling is that Ver, Sterlingov, Samurai and Tornado Cash all win resounding victories…more people are aware of chainalysis shenanigans and conflicts of interest, and the Supreme Court will definitely see thru the BS if it gets that far. Clarence Thomas I hope you live to 120.
Yeah unfortunately the only enforcement of the constitution is the people, as almost every country has a nearly worthless constitution on paper (including china and North Korea) Bitcoin eliminates the need for constitutions and enumeration of rights since it is enforced by the laws of nature.I doubt it would cost Trump much to pardon them all, although I heard that Trump dislikes Roger Ver for renouncing his US citizenship and that his case might be a landmark on the constitutionality of the exit-tax when renouncing your citizenship (which it is unconstitutional). Satohi Nakamoto actually more than one person? Interesting stuff but who knows. My 17 year old is happy that his BTC has appreciated. I was worried a bit when it crashed to 74k. I bought there and encouraged him to do so as well. I wish I had more to invest at 74k that was a bargain price for BTC!

The power is back on, not only bitcoin but even banks and ATMs were closed too so fiat currency too.Just a friendly reminder. If you are in Spain right now your BTC is worth zero. Just a shot over the bow test run (like Covid) and a sign of things to come. Remember, you can't eat money.
