That was included on the soundtrack to Repo Man, a great collection of early 80s California punk.
Not sure if Repo Man (1984) has made it onto this thread yet; starring Emilio Estevez and the late, great Harry Dean Stanton
Great movie and lots of good one liners from that flick ("Nice friends you got there." "Thanks, I made them myself.").

Incidentally, I once watched Spinal Tap with someone who thought it was a genuine documentary. As in, I had to explain it was all a gag. It took some convincing.
