Yes, sex with teens is statutory rape. As minors, they are not able to consent.

There are some grey areas with teen couples that are both near the age of consent, but it is always rape for older men to have sex with teens who are not legally of age.

I know some cultures allowed a lower age of consent in the past, but this was for marriage, generally with the father's permission. Our culture does not allow for this. It's clear that teens lack the judgment to consent to sex.

In any case, the Epstein island cases had much older men with younger teens. No consent is possible with this age gap, so it was absolutely rape.

I wouldn't call consensual sex with a 17 year-old "rape." But a 25+ year-old man banging a 17 year-old is most certainly morally and spiritually wrong, and from a modern 2025 Christian perspective a sexually fetishized sin.

If teens are unable to consent, then such teens did not sin. So if a teenager wants to have sex but not sin, then having sex with an adult is a loophole?

We all know that is BS. Teens are not innocent, they can consent. Modern age of consent laws are higher because feminists wanted to reduce competition. Older cultures allowed a lower age of consent and marriage was not needed. Do more research.

Adultery on the other hand is a capital offense. It’s worse to cheat on one’s wife than to bang a willing teen.

Both. First, I'm implying Trump didn't sleep with teenagers or younger. Second, as for cheating, the only known adultery committed by Trump was on his first wife after like 15 years together and the marriage was falling apart. The Stormy Daniels thing was fake and Michael Cohen admitted under oath that he never told Trump about the hush money payments he made to the porn star on Trump's behalf. Thus the affair never happened.

If Trump had sex with an underage he obviously didn’t knew she was. And she passed by an adult. When I was in Iceland girls were beasts. He is not a pedophile but could have been set up. He would still be cooked though. In Europe is 16. Some countries 14 but with a lot of conditions.

It’s almost like Mossad has sex agents sleeping with anyone of moderate importance all over the world, in case it could be useful to them later. I get a headache just thinking about this. A teen wanting to have sex is not the same thing as being able to legally consent. It feels good to have sex. People get horny and want to do it. However, adults can weigh all the factors involved. It's a sin. It could result in pregnancy. It could break up a marriage. It could ruin a reputation by creating a high body count. There could be STDs and even sterility.

Teens can't properly consider these factors and make an informed decision. They are too young. They get horny and want to have sex, but they don't have sufficient judgment to be allowed the freedom to do this.

Adults who have sex with teens are taking advantage of their naivety by getting them turned on so they can lure them into something that is bad for them. This is rightfully illegal.

It's the same as restricting kids from alcohol, owning guns, or driving a car. They don't have the judgment to handle emotional impulses in how they handle these things.

It is rightfully illegal however teenagers are still guilty of sin if they willingly have sex.
 
I see no point in arguing about consent.

If they had something to compromise Trump, they would certainly shared it already.
Trump owned Miss Universe. He had access to the prettiest women in the world. I don’t think Epstein could entice him with young/underage women. I can’t say the same for any other person. Trump was rich, had social prof and was “good-looking” and had no problem talking to women.

That’s why he is the target of the left. They can’t control him.

As far as the Epstein files, they will BS us for 50 years. Just like JFK.

Apparently, this recording is from Virginia Guiffre. A woman that supposedly survived Epstein Island and had been gathering information for years.
