WHY WUZ TEH BANT (Contest my ban lounge)

No, the thread was entirely new and was a response to being told game discussion was not allowed, so AS decided to focus on wife hunting since game discussions weren’t allowed.

Who, AS? He’s not Indian.

So if I make a thread where I say "I'm looking for sex" and it gets closed, then I make a thread saying "I'm looking for marriage" you're going to say "oh okay he's actually looking for marriage not sex this is fine". That's how your head computes things? Again this is why sometimes I just drop the conversation with you.

But also again why are we even talking about AS? This is going nowhere, going to drop the conversation with you again, I think I've figured out what is really going on here beyond even your motives. Sorry for the disCORD....🤦🏻‍♂️

If marriage is discussed and not fornication what is the issue? The point of the thread is to find wives abroad. Fornication is not being discussed. We can’t control what AS does in his personal life but we can prohibit fornication.

Please stop making false accusations towards other users as well.

Made NO false accusation buddy but nice try, have a great night.

Are you referring to @DanielH? I wasn’t defending him I pointed out the reason he left the forum.

What’s nauseating is when you constantly jump in when someone criticizes Samseau. What are you his personal bodyguard or something? This behavior is pathetic, let the man stand up for himself.

Edit: also the word is “discord”, not “discourse.”

Speak for yourself, I am not trying to sow discourse, I am investigating what went down and no one was answering what occurred with the two week ban being extended to a month. Also, do not assume things about other users, always give users the benefit of the doubt:

There is some irony in this post.

You may not be following your maxim of giving the benefit of the doubt in all cases.

So, let’s get this straight, I was asking a question which no one answered, including yourself, who responded with a “yawning” emoji, in post 240. However when someone finally does give info, and I can make a conclusion, then you decide to jump in?

It would’ve been much easier to just answer the question in 240 straight up, but I suppose it’s funner to correct someone after the fact to “own” them, as well as responding with another “thumbs down.”

No one owes you a response. People will respond when they have time. If you aren't willing to wait up until a week, then I suggest you get a real job and do some actual work to keep yourself busy in the meantime.

No one owes you a response.
I never said otherwise.
People will respond when they have time.
Sure bud, it’s not as if that emoji was condescending and you were never gonna respond.
If you aren't willing to wait up until a week, then I suggest you get a real job and do some actual work to keep yourself busy in the meantime.
Are you implying I’m a NEET of some sorts? I’m not.

Just because people have the opposite stance on a subject doesnt mean they are doing it to sow discord or are a bad actor. I see it as a natural way to provide counter balance. Most of us arrived here because we stand for the underdog position in most situations. Because of this instinct many avoided brainwashing and the vaccines, it also plays a role in seeking god. When i see MFTP arguing for a controversial position it is the same. In the shiloh thread it means advocating for whites. If it was the other way around i would be advocating for blacks, this is just what some people are designed for.

If the general position is being forced and shoved down peoples throat then ill have a natural tendency to lean into it the underdogs side. This does not mean there is no logic to it obviously you have to believe that position is true and right.

If people bully someone i dont jump in to also bully them. This whole forum is attracting rebels then dont be surprised that they act like it and punish them for it. Or do if you want to filter them all out and only cultivate people who dont rock the boat.

MFTP is not an underdog....he is an arrogant prideful poster who spams multiple threads with never ending 2000 plus word posts, steals people's content as his own, tries repeatedly to circumvent legitimate time outs for rule infractions with sock puppet accounts, and (when that fails) through pathetic long winded word salad pleas via third parties.

MFTP is the real bully here.

I'm glad the Shiloh Hendrix thread got brought up. If you'll notice, there's tons of debate on that thread about many different topics from whether the thread title is appropriate, whether her use of language is a net positive or not, whether the event and/or aftermath is coordinated, but no one is getting banned due to voicing their opinion there. To get banned here you have to do things such as creating sock puppet accounts, plagiarize sources, etc. Merely having an "underdog" position isn't going to get you banned here.

I am writing this not to challenge the banning of a member, but to advocate for the promotion of another. His name is @PurpleUrkel

This forum has three tiers of ranks. The highest is Heirloom, reserved for members who have been active since the RVF 1.0 days and whose contributions are unquestioned. The second rank is Heritage, given to posters who joined in the later RVF 1.0 period or during RVF 2.0; they have also contributed significantly and are considered reliable. The third rank is Remnant, which applies to those from the RVF 2.0 era who have not posted or contributed enough to earn full trust. As for CIK members with no RVF history, unfortunately, they do not receive a rank.

A Remnant member, PurpleUrkel, has demonstrated his worthiness for promotion by consistently contributing high-quality posts to this forum. As shown in the screenshot above, he has surpassed the 1,000-post milestone. Given this achievement, I believe it is time for the moderators to consider elevating him to the rank of Heritage.

Some might wonder—who cares about ranks in an online forum? This isn't the military. However, in RVF 1.0, ranks such as Game Denialist, Chubby Chaser, Wingman, International Playboy, and Innovative Casanova were used to reflect a member’s contributions and earned trust. As members engaged more with the community, they advanced through the ranks. In RVF 2.0, the ranking system changed, but the concept remained the same, with titles like Chicken, Kingfisher, Pelican, and Cardinal serving the same function.

Ranks also serve as a badge of honor. In RVF, members who financially contribute to the forum's operations earn the additional rank of Gold Member, while in CIK, this rank is called Philanthropist. These titles serve as social proof, and members proudly display them alongside their avatars.

My suggestion to the moderators to promote PurpleUrkel to Heritage is not only a recognition of his contributions to the forum but also a testament to his readiness for greater responsibility, including access to the elite private forum.
Is this thread supposed to be public now? I thought it got deleted (or moved somewhere that I couldn't view it). I had no idea there was any interest in this as I hadn't heard directly from anyone on the subject.

At any rate, if we're on then it looks like I've got some work to do! :ROFLMAO:
He started the CIK 2025 Meet-Up thread, yet he cannot view his own post because, as a Remnant, he lacks the privilege to participate in the restricted forum area. Promoting him to senior member would resolve this issue, allowing him to contribute to his own thread. Additionally, when he finally meets up with other members, his promotion would serve as a recognition of his reliability within the community.
Later, other users can be added to private. Heavy lifting will not go unnoticed, and datasheets.
This post by Cynllo suggests that promotions were originally intended within the forum. However, until now, no promotions or performance evaluations have ever taken place.

I sincerely hope the moderators will consider PurpleUrkel’s promotion to Heritage. Thank you.

P.S. I believe several members are strong candidates for promotion, including @thinkreadwritecode, @Northern Pilgrim, @Psiman, and @Shaquilleoatmeal. Notably, Shaquilleoatmeal remains completely unranked!

Those ranks were earned simply by the number of posts you had on the forum. They weren't recognition of contributing quality. For that there was the reputation system where users would award each another user a point.

I would give these new guys a rep point if we had that system. I'd say some kind of bump in forum rank would be justified.

@Seng Hock while I appreciate the vote of confidence and how you took the time to write thoughtfully on my behalf I think that the reason I would not "qualify" for the forums highest ranking is that I basically skipped RVF 2.0 and therefore I am not recognized by a majority of senior members here (though I did coin the term "Uncle Roosh" which is semi-legendary if I don't say so myself ;)). In addition, though I have done my best to refrain from insulting members on a personal level, I have aggressively disagreed with many popular opinions here. I believe Putin and Trump are not true Christians and that they are JQ puppets and though they are indeed the lesser of two evils, they are still evil and should be labeled as such. I also believe that America and the US dollar will not be collapsing in our lifetime and that Christian men (particularly if they are white) should not flee America but instead move here and fight the good fight against homos, atheists, and feminists. I also believe that bitcoin and crypto are psy-ops and part of the JQ cashless society agenda. I also wouldn't mind if the Palestinians and Israeli's destroyed each other, as they are both enemies of Christ (I do not favor one side over the other). I also believe that outside of the Bush invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan that Putin's unnecessary invasion of Ukraine will go down in history as one of the biggest military blunders of the 21st Century. I believe China is a commie surveillance state that will have no bearing on the remainder of my life in the US and that Shilou Hendrix is an irresponsible low IQ attention whore who got rich for doing nothing. I choose the solo life of the monastic option over marriage and/or pursuing women. And last but not least, I have telepathically communicated with UFO's which contrary to popular belief are not demonic, but angelic.

All of these things and more disqualify me from deserving any sort of recognition or advancement in title. But this does reflect highly on your character because you are someone who is humble enough to attempt to advocate for a stranger based solely on the written word. May God bless you and all your endeavors.

We don't have a system for promotion, but honestly, it's worth thinking about.
