Genetic IQ is not stagnant, and can be raised (through study/education) or lowered (by alcoholism/drug abuse) throughout the course of a lifespan. It is not about being exactly the same but about being very similar. The gap to bridge from an ethiopian to a nigerian to relate and get along is much smaller than the gap from an ethiopian to an italian. An ethiopian will make friends easier with a nigerian than an italian. And a norwegian will make friends easier with an italian than ethiopian. In a general sense if they are stereotypes from their countries. Take a look how groups form in prison.

Yes they will get treated differently but i would not say outsider in the sense that they are shunned or distrusted. Its just a different aproach similar to how you would with a kid you value them but you realize that they are not familiar with your culture and they might behave unexpectedly with no ill intentions. That is diferent than being on your guard around people from another continent who you do not trust and consider true outsiders.

You can go as a european to any country and blend in and get along well. People have been taking holidays in each others countries for a long time and they do it because of the hospitality and ease of it. There is a baseline level of courtesy and familiarity ( which is not extended to other races ) and some like the spanish and italians are more fond of each other, the polish and hungarians consider each other brothers. I do not feel an outsider anywhere in europe as a european from the north to the south but maybe thats personal. I immediatly feel like an outsider around migrants though.

I have often thought that when reading discussions about dating but you can include race or politics in this that americans or anglo countries are especially troubled and suffering in many ways that europeans do not understand except to feel sympathy for them which i do. Europeans are still talking from a position of relative normalcy in comparison.

I don't read every post here, so I have no idea if this has been said or not. I do know I have read a lot of posts about how White people identifying themselves and organizing around their racial makeup is what the satanic elites want. I see the satanic elites using our tax money to create ethnic/racial solidarity for every non-White group in the west, except Whites. We have the Black organizations, the Hispanic organizations, the Asia-Pacific Organizations, the MENA Organizations, the Indian Organizations, but if Whites try to do the same, they are attacked with all the might of the govt.

It appears that it is the exact opposite of what the govt. wants, being they spend billions trying to stop it. I know a lot of White people, who are turning to White Nationalism wouldn't go that route if the other groups were not allowed to organize and collectivize on their own racial identity.

White isn't a race and neither is Arabic. It is an ethnicity. Caucasian is a race, and it includes Whites, Arabs, Persians, etc. White is the ethnicity of the European continent. It is then broken down further into Nordics, Alpines and Mediterraneans. These three groups are then broken down by language, such as French, German, and Italian.

The White ethnicity was a known concept before the settling of the west. The vast difference in behavior and culture from Whites v. non-Whites was obviously visible hundreds of years ago.

So, the "White race" is not a thing, but the White ethnicity is a thing, a thing for as long as Whites have been traveling out of Europe and visiting foreign areas and noticing the differences. So much so, it was the first law of the USA, limiting citizenship to "free White men of good character".
