I swimn in the open ocean. 5-10kms. every 2-3 days/week. And use the hotel swimning pool in the winter. Not so much gym. When waves are too high. I used to surf. Sometimes I go to muay thai. 1-2 15 days. My knee hurts.

I understand now what happened with RVF. Theres a small group who took over RVF. And Roosh was too weak to stop this from happening. Maybe my fault also. I shouldve taken another role. Told Roosh i was getting married. 2010. My bad also. Anyway.
I wasnt there in the last 2 years. So I didnt understood what happened.
As time passes. This group kicks all other users out.
The problem is also as time passes. Some of the users from the small group will stop posting. For many reasons. Work family etc. And the forum itself loses the ability to atrract new ones. Due to the small group pressure. Or even if it can atract. They will not post. And the traction dies.
Im 80/90%. Sure this will happen. Its hard to tell the timeline. We have RVF. But RVF for a long time worked like it should. And had a tremendous base. Here its not the case.
