Andrew Wilson

He's had issues lately with credibility.

Wow I used to really enjoy watching Andrew dismantle hoes and feminists for their ideals, but this one clip will destroy most the work he's done.

He used to be calm, logical, debatable and respectfully let the other person state their view before destroying them.

Or he'd use the Socratic method and allow them to tangle themselves into mental gymnastics where their contradicting pre-programmed NPC/MSM beliefs would be revealed, shattering their point.

But this feminine and overly emotional response shows he wasn't so much about the movement of men's rights, but about his ego and mental superiority. The blatant hypocricy is bad enough, but hiding it and then raging when discovered shows immaturity and this lack of control completely defeats the stoic intellectual moralist philophosy persona he was trying to portray.

Sad.

I'm beginning to think this whole mode of "i want to become an influencer", or "I want to become a star", or "I want to build a media platform" is badly wrong headed.

I find it difficult to listen to any of them anymore. It's all gross and fake. I no longer care about who is owning who. I think they should all go away and do something useful with their lives.

Andrew was on Joe Rogan recently and shared how and why he got into debates, he worked with robotics for a company and during the lockdowns they were at home and he started actually replying and pushing back on all this nonsense and radical ideas that has been pushed on western culture now that he was home and challenged these ideas.

I'll listen to it.

My critique is broader than just Andrew I just happened to reply here because it gets a little tiring seeing the same thing over and over again.

His wife was on Joe Rogan the other day and she speaks openly about her previous marriage, over 1 million views in 12 days, what exactly is the problem? He isnt encouraging divorce he is speaking against it.
Well the fact that she's had multiple marriages and multiple baby daddies speaks directly against his principles. But that wasn't my critique of him.

I have to agree with this, though I think he just slipped up and got caught off guard a bit too. Usually he's pretty solid on that front. But he is human, and I can see how going from anonymous zero to public hero in a few short years could be challenging.

To be fair, recently, on Patrick Bet-David's podcast, he has been more open about why he was so sensitive about contrarian feminists calling out his wife and family instead of debating his ideas. Andrew and his wife suffered an unexpected tragic loss of her 10 year-old boy in a car accident (his step-son was staying the night with a friend and went for a "ride" with his friends 12 year-old older brother who crashed the car into a tree) whom he raised and considered his own. He said something to the effect of, "hearing the death curdling scream of a mother who has lost a child will forever change you."

So maybe we should be a little more charitable in our response to him as he does seem to be out there fighting the good fight to the best of his ability.

In this next clip he talks about how he got into the podcasting space and talks about his parents blended marriage (his mom had two previous kids before marrying his dad who brought 3 of his own to the marriage), and says something to the effect that "most people don't have one original thought, they've been programmed."

It's not all that common. I've talked at length about ego and click-ism which is just part of the job. It's the case for financial experts who turn to social media and influencing careers, which are largely internet based these days as well. Just part of the game. Buyer beware.

Off to Akathist!

You never should have listened to them in the first place brother. Take your guidance from actual men in your life who care about your well being, not these attention whores who have a vested personal interest in your attention and will say/do anything for it with no shame.

Came here to chime in my opinion.

I am not going to judge his personal life (marrying a single divorced mom) and playing alpha.

But I liked his “Force Doctrine”. How force dictates society. If it wasn’t for force (men controlling other men”, there was no society and all the privileges men and specially women enjoy.

Yes, one of the things that is so ironic about the (controversial) idea that "might makes right" is that might actually makes rights.

Bad take.

If you've actually followed the dialogue and discussion about his wife...and if you actually watched the entirety of that video with out the 30 lead up you'd know that

1) his wife had a child with her hs sweet heart, he left and she had to move on
2) she remarried and had children with her second husband, was abused physically
3) she and Andrew married, had children, had a child killed in a tragic accident.

Nothing about that that makes him lack credibility.

She also wrote an incredible book about why feminism destroys modern women.

The guy is excellent and his points and debates are rock solid.

I had the same initial view when I heard the scandal with out the context.

Then I saw the context and has zero issues. Moreover he's not saying "I'm a saint and my life is perfect" he's saying "as a Christian man I can give people the benefit of the doubt and not prejudge them based on previous actions with out seeing their potential and letting them demonstrate it"

That's what we are called to do regardless of denomination.

Moreover.... Andrew was right and the woman in that video is such a disgusting person her only out was to personally attack his wife because she was getting crushed

Guy sounds like a teenager with all his swearing no matter how many times he's been cucked stands outside that.
That's kinda rich. You ever had someone attack your wife's character?

Id hit a woman for saying something nasty about my wife, let alone what I would do to a man.

Seems like a bit of unrealistic criticism . Let's not pretend you've never said ugly things to people for less either my friend.

"Is she morally inconsequential to your ditch licking?":ROFLMAO:

Tough crowd.

C'mon bro, he leveled that girl on the fly. Where's your sense of brotherhood? She was out of line by going after his wife who lost her young son in a tragic car accident when they were supposed to be debating the "patriarchy" and feminism. Nobody has ever talked to that Gen Z lesbian like that (check her stunned reaction) and in the real world most men from the old world would have also leapt across that table and throttled her neck. In Iran or Africa she might have even been killed for talking to a man like that.

Good for him for reacting in a way that'll make her think twice before ever again talking sh*t to a man who can physically take her.

When someone swears like that they lose all credibility, at least with me.
You've never sworn like that? I mean you're a fellow vet ... Fbombs are our every 3rd word when making a point.

The guy is vulgar sure. But when a lesbian atheist nihilist attacks your family, your dead kid, and your wife.... You're gonna lose your temper.

Hell I remember making a comment about Australia to you and you attacked me and insuaded things about my old lady...which has since been deleted and apologized for .... So like I said ....no clutching pearls and no projection sir.

Neither he or his wife are saying their past mistakes are the right way to live, they are opposing those things, the other speaker and the usual debators who hold the opposite view dont really have any shame or repentance for their current actions and are promoting their lifestyle, thats the big difference, Andrew and his wife have been married for quite a few years from my understanding I dont see them living a hypocritical life in the present.

I was almost divorced last year and against my own will, purple urkel knows some of the details, that God it didnt happen, but if it did and some day I got my priests blessing to remarry and I found someone who had a similar life to mine and we had a Christian marriage in the church would that not disqualify me from ever speaking or debating?

Thats his style he talks that way, my Godfather swears and smokes more than this guy every day, we all know the way left wing people debate is not to tackle the question at hand but to attack character and make judgements instead of directly confronting the issue at hand, this guy does this for a living its his job, not many people would handle doing this, Andrew usually says he matches energy thats his way of debating to bring the conversation under control, if people are respectful and talk nicely then he matches them, if the attack his family or be disrespectful then he matches their energy to de-escilate the situation.

Iv enjoyed his talks and have learnt a lot there arent too many people openly challenging this ridiculous modern ideas Im not gonna throw Andrew under the bus he is doing good work
