Iran-Israeli Conflict Thread

GCC states are not military powerhouses, and retaliation would be symbolic and centered around air strikes. GCC states instead project power through hydrocarbon leverage, money politics and foreign mercenaries. The Saudis are by far the largest Gulf military on paper but their Yemen debacle showed how weak and vulnerable their army actually is. GCC participation in the air campaign would definitely give the US/Israel a legitimacy boost though.

A proper analogy as to how GCC states view militaries is as to how they perceive football. It's a status symbol and they want immediate success. So instead of setting up proper infrastructure, esprit de corps and military institutions they buy all this hyper-expensive equipment without much deeper understanding, exactly like how Saudi clubs are currently poaching top tier footballers for exorbitant salaries. Yet the Saudi League hasn't improved much and at the end of the contract the players walk out of 100 million USD richer and nothing has really changed.

As said, a GCC retaliation would mean a legitimacy boost for especially Trump. The US likes to build grand coalitions for its military adventures. Ergo a GCC entry for Trump would mean that he can sell his Team's assessment as correct, even though in terms of actual relevance the Gulfies contribution will be low.
Good point plus GCC militaries live a pampered lifestyle in these oil rich places. If I have to choose between a sanctioned country of soldiers vs soldiers with no grit and US backing, I'm picking the Persians.

lol. i wrote about this a couple weeks ago. im mobile dont have time to proper quote

Back in his Florida House Speaker days, Rubio had this whole ceremony with his "mentor" Jeb Bush where Jeb presented him with a golden sword to invoke a mystical warrior they called "Chang."

Whenever Jeb faced a big moment, he'd announce he was going to "UNLEASH CHANG." The sword was supposed to be this sacred object passed from master to disciple.

Rubio never had any clue what it actually meant. To this day, he'll tell you "Chang" is just some mythical conservative warrior Jeb invented. When asked directly, he literally said, "I think it's a Jeb Bush creation." Didn't question it. Didn't look into it. Just accepted the prop and moved on.

Except the sword actually had "Chiang" (with an I) engraved — as in Chiang Kai-shek, the KMT leader the US backed in China. "Unleash Chiang" was a 1950s rallying cry from politicians that advocated to allocate tax payer money to arm CKS to retake China from Mao.

George H.W. Bush, Jeb's dad, used to mock that whole mindset by yelling "unleash Chiang" before his tennis serves. It was a family joke — self-deprecating, pointed, aware of its own history.

Jeb either missed the joke entirely or figured Rubio wouldn't get it anyway. So he rebranded Chiang as "Chang," a generic mystical warrior, and handed it off like some sort of conservative Excalibur.

And Rubio? He's been carrying it around ever since, completely unaware that the sword he's waving passed through three generations of Bushes before landing in his hands — its meaning sanded down and history unappreciated. A nice illustration of US Foreign policy in China & Asia for the past century and what will come to be with him at the helm of the State Dept. =)

Jeb and Rubio Agree: Chiang Kai-Shek Was an Imaginary Mystical Warrior

When Marco Rubio became Florida’s Speaker of the House in 2005, Governor Jeb Bush welcomed him by bestowing upon him the sword of “Chang,” who Bush described as “a mythical conservative warrior.” It’s odd how mythology develops: Bush was almost certainly, if unwittingly, talking about Chiang...

Missile attacks rates against Israel seem to be going down while drone attack rates are rising

Iranian ballistic missile fire has decreased sharply. Couldn't find info on its suicide drone statistics, although that pace seem stabler. During the Twelve Day War Iran fired 547 ballistic missiles and ~1000 drones at Israel, Tehran has already topped that number on day 4 (nearly 700) this time.

If this news is true DC will attempt to take advantage of Iran's already existing rebel movements in Balochistan, Kurdistan and possibly Khuzestan. These areas are all ethnic minorities, twe former two Sunni. If these reports are true then Washington will attempt to create safe zones within Iran Idlib-style to create a funnel into the country for further wear and tear. Note how yesterday heavy airstrikes targeted police and border customs facilities in Iranian Kurdistan. DC has a strong position and can run ratlines from Iraqi Kurdistan and possibly Pakistan/ Persian Gulf. A decision to mobilize the Kurds will not be liked by Erdogan though.

IRGC in the last 24 hours has targeted several Iranian opposition groups, both military and political, on Iraqi soil.

In regards to the ethnicities people need to remember that Iran is approximately 61% ethnic Persians depending on which stats you use. The rest are a range of minorities including: Balochs, Kurds, Afghans, Turks, Armenians, Arabs, Afro Iranians, Iraqis, Assyrians, Azerbaijanis, Lurs, Azeris, Turkmen, Gilakis, Mazandarinis, etc, so there is always the possibility of foreigners stoking ethnic tensions.

The US Navy struck the Iranian frigate IRIS Dana off the coast of Sri Lanka. The Sri Lankan Navy started rescue operations once it was made aware the Iranian frigate is sinking.

That is true but still I have a lot of respect for the rulers of Dubai who built a somewhat prosperous country where there was only desert 50 years ago.

Here is an overview of what I think are the most pressing concerns for the right: US vs. Dubai:

AreaUSDubai
Total taxation35-40%~2%
Promotion of degeneracyHighLow
Jewish subversionVery highModerate
Political IslamAllowedCompletely banned
CrimeHigh in cities with institutional coddling of criminalsVery low and strict
SJW etc. cultureVery highVery low
Anti-whiteRampant institutional discriminationPreferred hires
ChristianityMixed C.-nationalism to anti-C. leaningsAccepted in private; govt. funds churches
PoliticsFakeNone
Illegal immigrationHighly subvertedNot accepted, though there are pockets
InflationHighModerate
Government debtHigh and growingLow and falling
Efficient governmentGenerally notYes
AbortionPermissive-encouragedIn extreme cases
Free speechWorld-leaderNo
Firearm ownershipWorld-leaderNo
Good family health insurance$27k / year$17k / year

For me Dubai is much closer to what society should look like, critically a depoliticised society where people can do nothing but get along with their lives, and there are no institutions actively leading people astray. There is no threat of stupid leftists getting into an institutions and hollowing the country out. It's definitely not socially and culturally configured quite as I would configure a nation, but it's a lot closer. Western countries basically get an F. UAE gets a B-.

In UAE things are based in reality, and not some left-wing-Jewish-subversion fantasy. You're not going to beaten over the head to pretend in some nonsense or forced into some corner about troons, fats, or certain races. White people are generally preferred for pretty much anything that is not low-paying, because white people have a reputation for quality, high-trust, and good genetics. In the US and to a lesser extent the West that's all inverted. There are race-based hiring preferences. There are certain groups that tend to hire their own, like Iranians. But it hasn't descended into some tribal Savannah brawl. Well, other than Indians and other South Asians, complaining about being discriminated against, which is true. High-tier companies don't really want South Asians, particularly public-facing - because they want to remain high-tier. South Asians are mostly in a separate society, bottom-feeding. European and real-Arab companies tend to be open in their hiring, but veer away from South Asians.

I'm against advertising, but most advertising uses white people, even for remittances to India. If not they probably used light skin Middle Easteners, like Levantines. The only time I saw an Indian used in an advert it was funny, and not in the way you'd want to be funny, sarhs!

In the US all of this is inverted by leftists and Jews. In the UAE it's just the natural order, of what people actually want, which is not Indians or pretending Tyrone is the backbone of a functioning society. The place also goes to show that there really are very few talented Indians. Because they force all the wages of mid-skilled jobs down to $1k. Yet all the actual professional jobs have similar salaries to in Europe, with not that many Indians. No Indian infestation. If that happens - it's over. US democracy and free-speech = subversion by Indians. UAE monarchy = natural order.

On degeneracy and superficiality, most of the expat areas are just calm and have a similar atmosphere to Hong Kong and Singapore. I think a big reason for this is simply the velvet glove of law and order. In the West, the left and Jews are allowing anarcho-tyranny, while here everyone knows to just stay in their lane, shut up live your life (or leave). There's no Palestine protests. There's not even stickers or banners anywhere at any time about that or any other issue. It's just you building your life, free of politics.

It definitely does attract superficial people like Andrew Tate wannabe bros and fish-lipped Insta-sloppers. It is what it is. That's not everyone, and there's not really anything wrong with the areas they live.

There are elevated levels of prostitution, but the only areas I've seen any sign of it are where South Asians live, where there are prostitute calling cards all over the floor.

To me, most of the good areas feel a lot like Florida in the 90s - packed malls full of life, cinemas, well-kept public spaces, greenery, water. There are some areas that feel a bit concrete-jungely or artificial, but a lot of the areas are just like Miami. You can also live in a more gated-community, which are family-friendly and quiet.

On slaves. To what extent there are slaves is down to South Asian agents who drive workers whose passports are stolen, placed in debt, and wages garnered - by other Indian scammers. The likes of Modi don't care about this or how many Indians die around the world. 50% of Indians with a "degree" are unemployed. These people are just remittance-dalits for Modi. The salary for a construction worker is $500 pm. A taxi driver is on about $1k pm. Both are about 4X what they would get paid in their own country, and live in better conditions.

The people it makes the most sense to move to Dubai would be families of four earning a household income of £100k ($135k). In the US that level might be more like $200k. Particularly if the family has enough money to buy an apartment, and thus not pay rent. With that setup you will be creaming far more income to invest, than living in the West. Different setup if you are single, in which case the bar is lower. There is, of course, no security that you don't provide for yourself. But I see that as a positive, as it filters out all the sorts of parasites the West is subsiding. I have saved about $1m that would otherwise have been syphoned off by my government to make children into retards, pay the legal fees of Somali rapists, and all round sodomise me and everyone I care about from every angle. My loyalty is still to my country and more broadly white people - now more than ever. As soon as the domestic war begins, I'll be back showing the neckbeards whose plots are lucky to take one person out how you take dozens out at a time and not get caught. I don't even live here, and am in the process of making my association one-step more removed. But I'm not paying taxes to an evil government that is destroying everything I love.

On Islam, political Islam is 100% banned. If it manifests it will be instantly squashed and those involved thrown out. All mosques are under government control, and each week they are given the state guidelines for the week's preaching. The nature of Islam is that if you don't do that - there will be twenty different strains of neckbeard Islamists spouting 3rd world nonsense about how they will take over. On the other hand, the UK and Texas are the global epicenters of Islamism; basically more than any country outside of Afghanistan. Free speech though.

For me it's clear to see many elements of UAE governance and societal configuration need to be improved upon and copied. And it's not that they really invented them. It's just that they are still present here. Many of these things were present in the West not to long ago. It's clear that a liberal society, which includes free speech, is going to have to go. Free speech has primarily been used by Jews, leftists and 3rd world invaders to destroy them. They don't plan on preserving free speech either. So it's just a question of if you can take executive control of your society before they do.

There's a lot of talk of things like faith, family, country from boomer-slop parties like Reform Yookay and the ZioDon will occasionally whip out a Schofield Bible. No policies. No ideas. Just words that will clip a few disaffected voters. The leftist-thirdworldist axis are using capture of all the institutions to destroy everything and redistribute everything to their dependents. There is no magic debate club where the whole world is invited and where the best idea win and are implemented. The current order will use the system to configure society as it wants - promoting sex changes for 4 year old and subsidised housing for Somali rapists. If you are not prepared to stand behind a system that doesn't support the vast swathes of degenerative freedoms, but blocks them, the left will continue to enshrine the growing inversion, against which they want no descent. It's one or the other - a binary option.

The subversives and the retards who enable them have to be told to sit down and shut up. There is a recent poll from the UK showing that if only 18-50 year old women voted, there would be a landslide victory for the far-left Green Party. No free speech bonanza changes this reality. If you want to maintain a society, there's certain things you can't do, which include allowing women to make any important decisions or flood institutions, accepting 3rd world immigration... Giving the masses the idea they can say and do pretty much anything, and that they should politically organise is about the worst idea that's come out of the West. All the social democracies of the West are heading for demise. The system doesn't work. The countries that are on better footing right now are basically autocratic. It can be better or worse, but democracy is only bad and the easiest model of governance to subvert. On this axis alone Dubai > the West. But it really shouldn't be. And it's going to have to take more men to stand up and demand 100% male executive control, taking into account various realities.
