Iran-Israeli Conflict Thread

I hope this is true and it means the war with Iran is off for good.

Yes. I’ve seen these rumors across South China Sea and Japan Sea in the past couple years as well and there are reports that the Chinese has been building their EW capabilities. It lines up with how Iran was able to shut down Starlink earlier.

DYOR.

Would be interested to see someone in the forum with EW and Aerial experience connect the dots as I have no experience with that stuff.

The Japanese never bothered to bring out their F35 late last year that these boys were talking about.

Happens all the time and it's not geopolitics related. It's a domestic issue. Thanks to government, subsidies fuel prices in Iran are extremely low and some take advantage of it and try to smuggle it out of the country.

You can always tell the difference between a smuggling vessel and a regular tanker by the size of the load. In this case, Iranians reported over a million liters seized, which may sound impressive but is nothing in the tanker world - a million liters is just 6289 barrels, when even the smallest handysize tankers carry upward of tens of thousands of barrels. To compare, "Stena Imperative" a US flagged tanker, harassed yesterday by the Iranians in the Strait of Hormuz, is a midsize, medium range tanker capable of carrying a quarter million of barrels of oil.

It's been a while since I've bothered to watch foxnews (or anything else mainstream for that matter)

Check out the production quality on this! The make up. The hair. The seriousness.

Lights, camera, action! I'd say the show is about to begin.

I forgot how much I hate mainstream. It oozes fakeness.

They all look super confident though. ( It's funny how you can see people just normally going about their business outside too). I can just imagine if you asked some random out there about it: "yeah, sure take out some middle eastern country you say?, aren't we doing that already? is it Iraq? Iran? something... I got to get back to my apartment to watch Netflix."

Most people in the US don't even know the difference between Iran and Iraq let alone be able to point either of them on a map.

I saw some of my Facebook normiecons posting about all the naval ships heading towards Iran and how Iran was in for a surprise. It took all in me to not respond and say "are you going to send your family members over there to find out? Because Iran is nothing like Iraq or Afghanistan."

Dumbasses.
