It says lemon was picked up by federal agents. If local authorities would do nothing that could be why this took longer. No idea if they get another liberal activist judge to dismiss all of the charges but I’m curious to see how this pans out .

At least I'd like to see him grilled over his comments justifying his intentional traumatization of children, as well as being involved with planning the whole thing.

There's enough video he made of himself explicitly describing his plans before he went in and purposefully causing trauma while he was there. That amounts to him planning to inflict trauma on the parishioners, so considering the 99.9% conviction rate of federal courts, they can get him if they want to.
They convicted Douglas Mackey of sharing a meme and none of the J6'ers were protected by the 1st Amendment.
