About 3 million military members between active and reserve. Officers make up about 250k of that.

Do you honestly think that we are not going to be be able to find sufficient population to fill these roles given a population of 350 to 400 million personnel?

Even accepting that there are 50 percent of the population below IQ of 95 to 105... Let's say it's 2/3 are lower than that.

That still leaves 125 to 150 million to fill these roles.

I am glad you realize these things are all true and where it will lead. What is my goal? Not sure why you're turning this into an either/or thing. Part of having a nation run by your people is giving birth to your people. The family is the foundation.
