Yes, now we have poisonous food full of unnatural chemicals that cause disease that modern medicine cannot cure.

Feeding Africans and other third worlders, so that they become eventually the super majority of the globe isn't going to work. The few people with an IQ high enough to solve this problem down the road will no longer exist, or if they do exist, will live in an environment that will not support their work. They will be busying carrying water and creating fires to cook heat their lodging.

I am naturally a very optimistic person, on the very extreme end of it. I come by it naturally, my family is that way, also I was born into a lot, also I practice gratitude, which I highly recommend. Well, I am working on something big. But I need to prove to myself that it works before I instruct others. When/if this happens, I will start a new thread on it and I think it could be really helpful to others.

Until then, I just give my outlook on how to see things differently. I don't see Africans looting a store or killing each other and get angry about it. I understand that is how many of them are and they are simply not compatible with modern civilization. They didn't invent the wheel or a written language; it is unfair to place them in our society and then tell them constantly they can do no wrong, and then they use technology they could never create to harm others at a rate their brains cannot comprehend. It isn't' their fault, but more so our fault for believing in such a fairy tale.

I am just working to get people to see things outside of endless charity being automatically a good thing.

I think the most important thing in a human being is emotional regulation, not IQ. This is what separates the monkeys from the civilized. I also think "nurture" has a strong effect on emotional regulation, so cultures and religions are not "equal". This is how you get the same dogshit outcomes from Muslims, with ethnic genetics playing a secondary role. This is also how we're able to rectify the fact that historic white people can torture someone for fun while the whites in your neighborhood are harmless. It comes down to emotional development of particular individuals.

I don't like the advocacy for having kids like it's some kind of lifestyle choice. It's like saying everyone should get a good job so they can retire early. The problem with having kids is men are over reliant on women's consent/choice when it comes to dating/marriage. This is a problem that needs to be tackled ASAP. Single women HAVE to feel the same dread and loneliness a man feels. Both sexes should feel pressure to pair up and keep it that way. Otherwise, you get these silly situations we have now where men have to "maintain" the relationship they created. Men are essentially "hiring" women to be their partners. Sometimes you get lucky but a lot of guys are maintaining a relationship with a whore, or complete bitch or someone who'll leave on a dime.

But a society that is run by 70 to 90 IQ people will have known results and those results are not good.

And yes, we need to put more pressure on women to no longer just be able to steal from men in the form of taxation. But that will not happen in our fake two-party system either.

I think you've missed his point. It's not that the Africans are starving. It's that we are being told they're starving while they are actually breeding like mice. We are being told to have fewer children while the rapidly expanding 80 IQ African population is purposely sent here as an invasion force.

Borlaug is irrelevant to this issue. His accomplishment is not a comfort to reassure us to be optimistic. His accomplishment enabled the explosion of Africans and Indians who are being used to flood Western civilization and destroy us.

The only possible comfort to this problem is for the legacy western population to start noticing what's going on and resist it. God grant that they will notice and resist. Unfortunately around half of western civilization craves oblivion and wants the western nations to be swarmed over by non-Western people. May God strike them down and save us.

Actually, watching the financial news, and there are some huge changes coming in tech, between AI and robotics. But this will all take tons of energy resources, which means we will need to build new nuclear facilities to do this. And China is right on our heels, Jensen Huang was just interviewed about this yesterday on CNBC. If we slip or fall behind in this endeavor, China will be the global leaders, and this could be within years.

We can't both babysit the third and pretend they are compatible with our society, while they breed like rabbits and overtake population majorities AND beat the Chinese in this race they are calling the "next industrial revolution".

You can start to see this realization coming even into our elites, as DEI policies and crack downs on illegals grows support from the top of the top. There is real danger in thinking you can overcome dysgenics and compete with other hostile nations.

I've incorporated kegels into my exercise routine. I do squeezes, not static holds. 3 for 50. I want to do but can't feel the hold, not sure if it's a strength issue. The holds auto relax on their own. Overall, really happy with it. Really good for penile health, urine control and the bowel samples I'm sending the city. Hoping to strengthen the pelvic floor so it auto activates with core when need be. Anyone have experience?
