USA has hope because of several things:

The statue is nothing short of a miracle, a true work of art. It almost seems impossible to have been built without electricity or gas powered engines. I have sat for hours before it and not once did I see a naked man, much less something sexually deviant. After Rome, Florence was very tiring. I would have put the beach between Rome and Florence if I could go back in time. Florence we only visited one museum and were dragging our feet. Wanted to climb the duomo. But gave up on the idea. Also the city degraded itself a lot. Btw you can surf in Italy. Had no idea. They have waves and water is warm.
