Wine Suggestions

Hello Men,

I love a good glass every once in a while and I’m looking for some suggestions. Please send your best suggestions!

Riesling is my favorite. It's a white wine, slightly sweet, but not too much. I also like Pinot Grigio, which is a little less sweet than Riesling. I like Pinot Noir for a red wine.

These are varieties of grapes, so while there are many different brands of Riesling or Pinot Grigio, they all will share some similarity due to being made from the same grape.

I usually just go to the wine store, look for the variety of grape I'm thinking of, and look for something a few dollars up from the minimum price. You don't have to spend a lot of money to get a decent bottle of wine.

I happen to have some background in the wine trade. A few questions:
  1. What have you enjoyed before?
  2. What food would you like to enjoy the wine with?
  3. How much do you want to spend?
  4. What market are you in? Commercial availability of certain brands will differ depending on country, share a website where you're likely to browse and buy from.

Not a wine expert by any means but I had a bottle of this on a date a few years ago and it's been my go to since, never met anyone I poured a glass for who didn't rave about it. I also have always done well with the Coppola wines, the Trump winery also makes a good wine but that's more of a fun novelty thing.

I like Pinot Noir. Would say it's the smoothest red wine to drink. Liked it a lot at first but now I prefer those tannins.

I just get the $4 winking owl at aldis once in a while.

Every year they will submit their wine without a label to a wine tasting and they win awards for it more often than not.

Edit : I have yet to have one I didnt like, I tried pinot grigio, sangria, riesling, malbec I think. A decent handful, I drink a lot less than I used to.
