This Christmas, my mother gifted me some kind of device to add extra hydrogen to water. She told me that it reduces inflammation and has some other health benefits. Now, my mother is a very traditional lady who knows about home remedies and things like that, so I tend to trust her with this type of thing, but I've never heard of this. Does anyone here have any experience with hydrogen water? Does it have any effects?
