The Trump-Vance Administration

Doctor Oz ???

He's extremely condescending and patronizing. It's no wonder he lost to fetterman. I suspect that Trump plans some cuts to Medicare and perhaps Oz is being setup to take the fall.

Gaetz deal was likely made with Thune for his takeover as leader of the Senate.

Oz is a weird pick but very easy to throw under the bus.

FBI Director is a real sensitive one given Trump's firing of Comey, all the abuse from the agency (especially J6) and Wray being a terrible choice.

There likely has to be a deal made for someone like Kash Patel to get in. Mike Rogers is another consideration but not a good one.

Issue is that Trump has to negotiate this one well because he is going to need the senate and house for a whole bunch of bills passed, confirmations and approvals. If he alienates them too much, it could all fall apart like last time.

I sense that he's mulling over this one hard because between the FBI abuse and playing nice with the Legislature, he's going to have to make a tough choice.

Truly a rock and a hard place.

But, hey the KashOnly memes are good...

Trump's pick for Secretary of the Treasury is still missing as well.

It's an interesting situation, because like you say, Trump does need the Republican House and the Senate to cooperate with him, unlike the way they did last time.

However, on the other hand, a huge number of the Representatives and Senators are criminals who need to be prosecuted and sent to jail, and that probably includes a majority of the current Republicans. He needs to go through with nailing every one of these guys, and then make sure their replacements will support him.

Somehow he has to work with the House and the Senate, while also turning over their memberships on an ongoing basis with all these prosecutions.

Well Gaetz is out of the running for AG - wondered what blackmail scheme got to him.

This is very disappointing. I thought the plan was to go through with the recess appointments. We need someone in that position who will go hard after every law breaking person in the deep state, the election system, the congress, etc.

Congress is never going to approve someone who will do this. They are all criminals themselves. They will only ever approve someone who will let the status quo continue. Why would Trump allow Gaetz to step out like this?

When Matt Gaetz name came up on MSM for AG he was the most criticized Trump´s pick. And I thought to myself that guy was a good pick. Maybe the orange clown is finally doing something right. But Trump bitched out. Like he always does. More to come. If theres no control of the AG. Than the judiciary will be an opposing force.

Oz is a retarded useless sellout. I remember the Roosh interview.

Nobody could have predicted this [rolls eyes]. Guy gives up his seat for a nomination for which he wasn’t guaranteed to be confirmed and then backs out immediately, resulting in a great victory for the opposition. A nomination doesn’t mean shit and gives the excuse “I tried” before promoting a lackluster crony to ultimately be confirmed. Everyone celebrates their chickens before they hatch. There’s always been some 4D chess going on when it’s Trump and the democrats, it’s just that it’s being played against us.

Once Trump takes the oath of office and it again becomes ripe and relevant, let’s start a thread counting victories. On the one side, it will be meaningful and successful things done to benefit white Americans (the people who think they are Trump’s constituents). On the other, it will be meaningful and successful things done to benefit the Israel lobby (the people who are Trump’s constituents). We can keep a tally running all the way back through the first day of his first presidency, including promises made to both sides versus promises kept. We’ve already had Trump’s first round, so there shouldn’t be any rose colored glasses going into this. Anyone care to wager what the scoreboard is going to look like in another four years?

This guy has zero excuses not to have his shit together this time around, including having dirt on his opponents to get what he wants and the ability to broadcast this to the public (he has a guy on his team who owns and runs a giant social media mouthpiece for heaven’s sake). This news isn’t really disappointing, because anyone who doesn’t have their head in their ass could have expected this.

Yeah, it seems like there is some kind of game going on behind the scenes. I don't know if it is the deep state putting the squeeze on Trump and he has to try to give in gracefully, or this is Trump playing 4D chess, but I'm sure there is a lot more to the story that's hidden right now.

I think it’s a bit simpler. Enough senators would have voted agsinst Gaetz confirmation that he was probably offered “something” to drop out gracefully .
