Spain prime minister is accepting the negotiation of a referendum in catalunya region becoming independent. In exchange the catalunya separatist political party will support his government with the seven votes needed. There’s no limits to socialists lust for power. How mediocre you have to be to be willing to break your country?
As countries become more comunists. Power becomes more and more important.
Catalonia ex president Jordi pujol is behind all this. Him and his family robbed Catalunya (demanded 3% to companies of all government tenders) hiding most of the money in Andorra tax heaven. The Spanish central government was investigating him. Just in taxes 900k fine. Central government are asking nine years of jail and 2-20 years for his kids.
The Catalan politicians who made the illegal referendum in 2017 will be granted an amnesty. But they want to include an amnesty also on all corruption charges against Pujol and his family.
Vox is against the secession of Catalunya. And are protesting.
Some years ago all this would be unthinkable.

Another right wing leader was recently attacked, Tino Chrupalla the leader of the the AfD in Germany and is still trying to recover from it and been hampered in continuing with his political role -
Whenever I see people getting riled up over EU puppets squaring up against one another I think of Papacito's message during the French riots.
Your first reaction is to defend your country. That's what you are instinctively programmed to do. But you are not defending your country, you are defending the regime.
As a right wing Christian heterosexual native European the Spanish political elite hates you, the Catalan political class hates you. The EU apparatchiks hate you. The Banking Cartel & internationalists hate you.
Like Papacito said, we are Europeans and we have to think strategically. There is not a lot worth saving in contemporary Spain, especially when considering the risks involved.

The referendum question, which voters answered with "Yes" or "No", was "Do you want Catalonia to become an independent state in the form of a republic?". The "Yes" side won, with 2,044,038 (90.18%) voting for independence and 177,547 (7.83%) voting against, on a turnout of 43.03%. The Catalan government estimated that up to 770,000 votes were not cast due to polling stations being closed off during the police crackdown

A politician is shot in the face in Spain and I don't think I have seen it mentioned on the news! I have just looked at the BBC website and can't see anything!
Right wing mobilization all across Spain, so far peaceful but we will see:
No mention of anything in the German and French news either. The mainstream media is increasingly disqualifying itself. No wonder they are all going broke
I things it’s just coalition building to form a government in their parliamentary system but… in order to do it they made a rather questionable deal to grant amnesty to the Catalan separatists.
Of all the happenings and potential happenings going on these days, Spanish Civil War II was definitely not on my bingo card.

The Spanish Civil War II is kind of what's been playing out in Ukraine. I don't think there's going to be a war anywhere in western Europe, though a military coup is definitely possible down the road in Spain or even France.
