Without even looking it up, I'm fairly confident that Frey is extremely far left, and supports policies that are completely insane. Still, he's probably better than the weird shaped head guy.

Apparently one of the main reasons Frey managed to hold Fateh off and win another term as mayor has to do with Somali clan loyalty. That is, many from clan B hate clan A so much that they'd rather vote for a white guy than anyone from that clan.
