Reply functions not working

When I select "reply" to a comment or thread, all I can do is add text in the box. All the functions (B, italic, link, add picture etc.) are grayed out and unavailable.

How did this happen, and how can I fix it?

I can still write or paste text in the reply box.

Everything works fine for me. Something must be wrong on Your side - try the usual steps like log out and log in once again, clear the cache, etc.

Or did You accidentally hit the preview button? preview.jpg

You gotta mess with one of those 3, 3 vertical dot buttons... I think it's the 3rd (last) set to the right, then click that little brackets button... or something like that? 😂 Yeah, and as Truck Driver said it could also be the preview button he's talking about.

Just keep messing with the top bar. If I can figured it out then anybody can... It happens to me often because I accidentally hit a bunch of those top buttons.

I figured it out. It's the "toggle BB code" button - the square bracket icon on the right, next to "redo".
