French Actor Hospitalized In Alleged Hate Crime

Jussie Smollett is back in the news.

His attempt to have his conviction overturned has failed. He will be going back to jail.

I wonder who's paying his legal fees, probably pro bono. Hard to believe this case is still in litigation. I'd be stunned if the Supreme Court took this case. There's no Constitutional question here and the charges are from a state/local jurisdiction which this court wants no part of and has no purview.
