Minimum 20% plus for a "crash"
As to the when I always claimed in the old Rooshvforum (back in 2019 I think) that the crash would happen in 2026 or possibly early 2027 and I still stand by that as my best guess as that is when the 18.6 year real estate cycle predicts the next financial crises will be.
