Te Deum Laudamus - in Polish, the music written by Franciszek Wesolowski, who expanded upon the work of Jozef Furmanik, was officially selected by the Polish Episcopate in 1964 to be the Church standard for performing this ancient hymn, both men were church organists.

No subtitles unfortunately, but it's a well known hymn, and an English version set to the same music follows next below.

Hymn text translated from Polish by DeepL, not perfect but good enough:

Te Deum Laudamus:

Thee God we praise,
Thee Lord eternal glory,
To Thee Father, heaven's gates,
To Thee the whole earth worships.

To Thee all the Angels,
To Thee the Powers and the Heavens,
The Cherubim, the Seraphim,
sing the eternal song of voices

Holy, Holy, above the Holy,
God of Hosts, Gracious King,
Full heaven with the circle of earth,
Majesty of Thy fame.

Apostles to Thee a multitude,
A choir of Prophets full of glory,
To Thee tributes hasten
A white procession of martyrs.

Thee through the circle of the earth,
from the depths of the heart as much as he can,
Voices of peoples in agreement,
worships the holy song of the Church.

The immeasurable Father's glory,
The Son's eternal Word,
With the Spirit the whole universe worships,
The King of glory Thou, O Christ.

Thou art the Parent Son from everlasting,
to save the world with Thy death,
Having clothed Thyself with man,
Thou didst not despise the Virgin's womb.

Thou hast broken down the gates of death;
Thou hast crushed its fetters in torment
And the paradisiacal land of life,
Thou hast opened to the faithful unto Thyself.

At the right hand of God Thou sittest,
in the glory of the Father, the Only Son,
But when the harsh trumpet sounds,
Thou wilt come to judge men's deeds.

Please, servants of grace unworthy,
Assist, wash away the sin that stains,
When Thou hast redeemed us from crime
With streams of Thy dear Blood.

With the Saints in splendor of power,
Of eternal glory pour down to us the waters:
Save, O Lord, an orphan people,
Bless your inheritance.

Rule them, defend them after all years,
Guide them into heaven's blissful gates,
We every day, Lord of the world,
Thy Name we praise.

After the age of ages will not cease,
The song that glorifies Your deeds,
O on that day deign to save us Lord
from all guilt.

Reveal Thy mercy in all life
To those who beg Thy protection:
In Thee, O Lord, have I trusted,
I will not be ashamed forever.

This is CCM, Catholic and Protestant, in that order, simple feel good songs, but it still inspires:
