There are still pockets that are 5-10 years behind, and those places are still a 2 with slippage of 6 or 7 showing up every now and again, but at ever increasing instances.

But there is a bottom in Canada that is a solid 10, something I have never even seen in 3rd world countries where people live on rice and beans. There is a brutal hell in Canada that is beyond anything I could have ever imagined. And compared to 10 years ago, everything in Canada is worse, unless you are a criminal.

Try 30+ years ago. They're just violent and barbaric people...always have been. Most of British Columbia's gang problem has been Indian-based. @Laner, you may remember this...In the summer of 1993, one morning, passersby spotted smoke coming out of an Indian-owned pizza delivery place in north Surrey. The fire department showed up, searched the scene, and found dismembered human remains being cooked in the pizza oven. They never determined the identity of the deceased or caught who did it.
HOWEVER,
It did immediately spawn a morbid joke in my area:

Q: What do you call an East Indian in a pizza oven?

A1: Pandeep

A2: Burntoasinder

I've signed, as well as everyone I know. Obviously I feel that Alberta would be better off as an independent nation, but I also feel that it is useless unless mass deportations follow. The biggest threat to Alberta is the massive influx of foreigners we've seen.
And although a relationship with America is inevitable, we would need to maintain sovereignty without any interference.
