1913 was when the Revenue Tax Act was passed, widely interpreted as the introduction of Income Tax in the USA. The usual justifications for an income tax is that they pay for all the things named, however somehow that all got done before 1913.

Right, but that picture is from some time in the 30s, a long time after 1913. You can see a 1932 Ford at the front. Is there something significant about it or did someone just make an ai slop meme with an old picture.
