The @TheJusticeDept has dropped all charges against Marimar Martinez and Anthony Ruiz. This is UNBELIEVABLE. Now she will sue for millions.
The ruling from US District Judge Georgia Alexakis came after she repeatedly raised concerns about the handling of the investigation. In addition, one of the agents bragged that Marimar was "shot 7 times and had 5 holes" which would look bad to a jury.
