Swoop The World forum gone ?

Curious if it was a lapse in the site's domain, or if something else happened.

Back when RVF changed gears, a decent amount of members migrated over to already existing Swoop The World forum. Some came here, some guys (like myself) joined both. I'd poke my head in occasionally, but the last couple of months the "website page is not available".

Anyone know what happened to that forum ?

I have a feeling it's not coming back.
Traffic to that forum had been down to only 5 to 10 posters in the last year or so.

I never joined. I used to go lurk. Seems like they had problems there with trolls, and they had a lot of bitter, butt hurt Roosh haters. They tried to keep the game oriented discussion going, but it was pretty thin.

They went private quite a while ago. I'd say it's been four years since their webpage went straight to a login screen, but my time sense may be off.

They created a thread once to mock RVF because I had posted that I thought UFOs were really just demons, and they thought that was absolutely looney tunes! I still think this, but I believe I'm in the mainstream on this for CiK.

I agree with this. From my understanding, STW has existed since the RVF 1.0 era, with an emphasis on traveling (hence the name). However, it only grew significantly after the exodus at the end of the RVF 1.0 era. Most members who migrated there were game and travel enthusiasts, but some haters also took advantage of the move to freely hate on Roosh and his new direction.

Back in 2019–2020, STW was freely accessible to anyone, but sometime around 2022, the site became private and required registration to view. Even then, registration was not as open as it is here on CIK—it became a closed registration system.

I have a feeling it's not coming back.

This is a widespread problem in any red pill or manosphere forum. They are not as active and have considerably lower activity compared to back in 2015.

Even established forums like SoSuave and Skilled Seducers have very few active members posting. Right now, as I’m writing this, SoSuave has 9 members online and Skilled Seducers has 4 members online.

I do not know why red pill sites have all uniformly declined. Don’t the Zoomers also need red pill guidance to navigate the dating world and pursue no-BS self-improvement?

EDIT TO ADD:
I refreshed my browser, and SoSuave is now down to 7 members online, while Skilled Seducers has only 2 members online. Meanwhile, CIK has 13 members online. It looks like we are more active compared to other red pill forums, and despite our lower member count and post volume compared to the late RVF, we are still ahead and holding steady relative to similar forums.

Zoomers have gone gay and chads went Christian @Seng Hock
Exactly. I feel this whole PUA/red pill period of the last decade was a transition period. People are seeing the vanity of chasing temporal pleasures and are either turning to Christ or going insane. The latter group will eventually be the foundation of the coming beast system.

One always goes up or down in the spiritual life but never stays the same. Most of the old school PUAs got married, and if they didn't they want crazy or killed themselves tragically like Tom Torrero.

I lurked on a bit before they went fully private. They dealt with lots of trolls that would run scripts that creates dozens of accounts with use names that would refer to child sexual abuse and rape and such so I'm assuming at some point the owners just decided it was too much trouble to keep the forum around when it has less then 30 or so active members.

One of the regulars on there was Suits from the old forum who had relocated to China and was trying to set up a business there. I would love to have him on the China thread on this forum to hear his on the ground insights. He seemed to be mostly negative on the country yet he still preferred to live there over the West so it would be interesting to dig in on his thoughts.

Same about Suits. I always enjoyed his posts, and was very curious how his China experience would turn out. As you said, he started being extremely critical of China, but it seemed that he was determined to push through with what he had going on there.

The last I really saw from him there was when the Covid lockdowns there were at max, but I didn't get a clear picture of how they were affecting him. That's been a long time ago at this point.

At one point after he had spent quite a bit of time at STW complaining about Roosh, Suits came back to RVF and started posting there again. Roosh ended up banning him.

Don't blaspheme the aliens. That is a sacred cow to the secularists.

From what I remember from his posts on the STW forum, Suits, despite being very pro vaccine, actually permanently left China for good sometime during the COVID lockdowns or shortly thereafter to move to Malaysia. He had lived in China something like 7 to 10 years at that point.

He didn't explain his reasons for permanently leaving China, but I'm guessing the fact that the fact that China made all financial transactions trackable by de facto abolishing cash, and at the same time making renewing residency visas for foreigners extremely difficult and complicated, maybe both had something to do with his departure....but this is just speculation on my part.
