I suspect the label of white doesn't solve the problem of white tribalistic behavior. Whites aren't all the same and still make in-group out-group preferences amongst themselves, but this was more noticeable in the past when English-descended whites treated Irish, Italian and others the same way they treat far different races now. A lot of German-descended Americans had to change their name and downplay their German ancestry because of WW1. I have Italian-Anglo ancestry and now that I'm in the South, where everyone here is Scotch-Irish, they look, act, and seem culturally different in small ways. There's also a clannishness about them. White people have been trying to absorb minorities. The same way the Chinese are trying to absorb whoever in recent times. White people have had our own countries, and we've been trying to work with or force minorities to be a part of us. The other groups have minorities of their own and act in a similar fashion. There's little difference between the races when it comes to our mutual desire for sovereignty and habit of assimilating smaller groups. Obviously some ethnicities are more crueler than others but that is a different topic altogether.

Multiculturalism doesn't exist so it's not something that can be unleashed. There's just a ton of brown foreigners today in historically white countries. You can't even call them minorities in the true sense, because they've been air shipped to us very recently. They're not people we historically share land with. No one asked if we want to surrender our land to everyone else or share it eternally. Even if white people consented, the future generations are in their right to renege on the deal.
