Iran-Israeli Conflict Thread

This guy looks and sounds like a jew...
Hes the Shah's son.... So arguably the rightful heir to the government depending on your take.... And aligned with the general pro Western values that his father had.

Remains to be seen if this US backed support plan of regime change with him involved will grow legs.

Given that the strategic position of Kharg is too open to attack, isn't all this designed to lure Iran into sending loads of troops and materiel onto the island, then carpet bombing the whole lot, damaging the military and wrecking the economy? It's not like even if the marines took it successfully they will be controlling the equipment, surely?

Marines wouldn't operate the equipment. But you'd deny the enemy ability to operate it.

Solves the need to destroy it... But at the cost of putting boots on the ground. Which I think is not popular.

Unlikely Iran would strike its own infrastructure to kill Marines though.

I kinda find the scenario unlikely. It will be 2 weeks before they'd be able to do an amphibious assault and there's be likelihood of attempted attacks while ops occured.

Though it is a Marine's wet dream for sure to go smoke IRGC fighters.

France rejects Trumps call for a coalition to take and control the Strait of Hormuz.

Tucker: MAGA is at the depression stage over Trump's actions on behalf of Israel. Americans have begun to feel hatred for Israel.

Senator Chris Murphy: The four biggest current crises.

All of this was totally foreseeable. Frankly, it’s why previous presidents weren’t so stupid to start a war like this.
Not when you have all these mad men around and you're no better.

We've reached a point in history where jewish paranoia seeped into the political fabric so much that governments have lost touch with reality. You can't operate irrationally in a rational world and expect rational results. It's clear that no civil group of people can end this evil empire. No human is capable of slaying this hydra. This can only be solved by almighty God himself. What we are currently witnessing can very well be the movement of His hand in history. God lets the evil destroy themselves and takes care of the fallout. We should beg Him for deliverance from this mess.

Discussion earlier about the KC-135 going down in Iraq. Below is an example of the dangers of aerial refueling especially between larger aircraft. The damage to the tanker in Israel is consistent with the its tail striking the tanker above it.

Not a good sign that the Kurds will join the Americans after snitching on a group of French advisors.

“A senior French military official was killed in Iraqi Kurdistan by an Iranian drone two days ago. No details have been provided by the French as to why he was there in the first place, except saying it was "defensive".

According to the Iranians, Iraqi Kurdish authorities tipped off Tehran that the French were in Kurdistan seeking to arm and help Iranian Kurdish militias to attack Iran.

Tehran responded immediately with drone attacks that killed one and left several French soldiers wounded.

Clearly, all details are not known yet, but this is likely a significant development.”

Are the Marines going to tie themselves to the pipes and oil tanks there? They will sleep in barracks and hang out in exposed trenches. If they stay in the facilities office or control rooms, those will be hit for sure.

The Iranians have missiles with an accuracy of 2m-5m, and the flight time from the mountains above and behind the shore to the Kharg island would be under a minute.

21st century war, new realities, requires new tactics.

Marines have made opposed landings in the face of the enemy before. And have endured extended periods under heavy bombardment. Like the first 4 months on Guadalcanal, the first few weeks of Iwo Jima, or the siege of Khe Sanh. Look up the bombardments of Henderson Field by Japanese battleships. There is nothing new here, just different names and tools. Even drones are simply the latest evolution in long range fires. Taking, and holding Kharg island is entirely doable.

FPV Drones now operating at will at an Victory base in Iraq near Baghdad International Airport.

US Embassy in Baghdad urges "U.S. citizens should leave Iraq immediately. U.S. citizens who choose to remain in Iraq are encouraged to reconsider their decision given the significant threat posed by Iran-aligned terrorist militias."
