If linemen or some other utility crew were working on accomplishing their tasks, and if groups of lunatics were stalking them, getting in their faces, yelling and lunging at them, blocking their vehicles, trying to pry tools and construction materials out of their hands- they would rake up the charges of harassment, threatening, disorderly conduct, attempted larceny, loitering, you name it. Calling it a protest wouldn't cut it, it would be considered an unlawful assembly or an attempted street takeover.

The treacherous FBI agents at that office probably gave it to them freely. In fact, agents from the FBI and CIA are probably helping instigate the anti-ICE activity, just as they were probably involved in bringing in millions of immigrants under Biden. They are body a nest of traitor and ought to be completely shut down.
