This guy has eaten nothing but mac and cheese for years. I am surprised his body hasn't broken down yet.

The worst part of the whole thing though is just the laziness of the guy.

Like if you are going to eat one food only you may as well go all out and make it top tier. Like hand make your own organic top notch pasta and add gourmet European cheeses to it. But no he chooses to only eat pre-packaged mac and cheese like a redneck.

Imagine the smell whilst living with him.

He's only 20 but he looks like he's 40. I don't see how he can get the vitamins and minerals he needs. I'd expect him to have scurvy and rickets, and whatever other diseases you get from skipping essential nutrients. Also he eats the exact same kind every time. He doesn't add bacon, or ham, or veggies, or different cheeses. He's definitely got a screw loose in his head.

Just as there are coders who dedicate all of their intelligence to distracting you while you browse the web and tricking you into clicking on things you shouldn't, there are mad scientists in the wastelands of New Jersey who take industrial waste and condition it with artificial flavors and colors in order to make it taste good and be addictive, which benefits the pharmaceutical industry, whose lifetime customer you can later become.

Two random thoughts about posting in the forum:

Posting here feels a bit like keeping a diary—I can revisit my old posts and see what was going through my mind at the time. That said, much of my posting history is embarrassing to me, and I’m not proud of how I expressed myself. I understand why Roosh chose to unpublish his books, websites, and writings after his transformation; they no longer reflected who he had become.

Staying away from the forum for too long creates a sense of disorientation. I lose track of ongoing discussions, new threads, and any developments that may have taken place. I even forget what my last post was about. When I finally log back in, I find myself unsure of where to pick things up again.

You're doing it right now.

Not really sure where to post this, but a 30-something New Zealand father of three kids, who'd been living on the run with them since 2021, has been shot dead by police. Something you don't hear everyday in NZ, where most cops don't carry guns.

There have been some high profile cases where a father murders his kids, and other cases like this one where I always wonder if the thing that prompted the separation /divorce etc was the mother threatening to transition the kids, and the father knowing the courts will do everything they can to keep him out of the process.

Obviously I am not excusing murder but I can imagine a father in that situation feeling desperation and hopelessness and feeling that some extreme action is his only recourse.
